Continental cupboard recently refurbished and lightly distressed (Rustoleum chalk paint 'Evening Blue').  The pale grey painted interior has three shelves.  Working lock and key.  Dimensions are to greatest outer edges.  Internal depth: 39cm.
I have a stock of antique cupboards/wardrobes in our workshop that can be painted and modified to suit your requirement so please do contact me for additional photos/details if this particular wardrobe/cupboard does not exactly fit your remit.
